Knees Hurts Tricks Don’t started as a joke.

While watching the raw footage at the end of a riding day, i said, “Let’s call the video Knees Hurts Tricks Don’t.” It wasn’t planned, just a spontaneous laugh but it felt right, so we kept it.

This project came to life because we decided to do the wake camp at Lunar together with the videographer ‪@AntoninFromont‬ . He arrived four days early, and we took that opportunity to film at Izon Wake Park and turn those sessions into a complete project.

Between unstable weather, rainy sessions, Nuits de la Glisse, preparation for the Lunar wake camp and a short trip to the mountains after the camp for snowboarding, this video captures a raw and honest moment of the season. A mix of riding, fatigue, crashes, and shared motivation.
